We came here after a massage at H Massage (also good) and there were 3 other tables. There is NO meat imitation meat that is soy based. The respect for animal life and striving to deliver food that is vegan and tasty.Įverything here is vegetarian even though they use terms like "Mongolian beef" or "Walnut Shrimp". I wanted to start by saying I really respect the restaurant's vision that can be read on the inside cover of the menu. I look forward to coming back and trying some of their other dishes! Highly recommended. ![]() They have a rather extensive menu and the prices are all very reasonable. It seems like this place really picks up after noon, so come early if you want a quick lunch. A recent visit was very busy, closer to 1 p.m., but the staff were still just as friendly. On my first visit, I came around 11:30 for lunch and practically had the place to myself. Both dishes were thoroughly spicy, so if you like hot foods, you will not be disappointed here. I also liked the "chicken" with garlic sauce. The General Tso's "chicken" was very crispy and flavorful. The mock meats are up there with others I have tried, including in big cities like New York and Chicago. How much will lunch cost you? Just $5.95! And there is no extra charge for brown rice! But how good is the food? It's amazing, even better than Green Sprout, for a lack of other comparisons in Atlanta. This is a very filling meal and the portion size for lunch is comparable to dinner and many other Chinese restaurants. You start with your choice of either wonton or hot and sour soup, a spring roll or curry pockets and your main dish. This is the best vegan lunch deal I have seen anywhere in the country. The only other place I know like that in Georgia is Green Sprout, but you don't have to go into midtown or pay nearly as much at Harmony. First off, everything here is not only vegetarian, but vegan, which makes it very appealing.
